The refurbishments vary from full scale works, undertaken in order to maximise the full potential of the property, through to partial, in order to enhance certain areas e.g. the kitchen, or bathroom.
Conversely, we also carry out full renovation and conservation projects. These include restoring and reforming existing fabrics belonging to a property, taking in to account all the clients wants and desires. We also work closely and meet Heritage’s requirements when restoring period features.
We perform many different types of conversions, ranging from the more popular loft conversions right down to basement conversions. Conversions are a great way to incorporate more attractive functional accommodation, which in effect maximizes available space whilst adding considerable value to the property.
SG Refurbishments offer a quick response ‘reactive maintenance’ call out service for all emergency perils. A planned maintenance service for non-emergency works is also available.
When working on insurance projects, we work with the client and insurer/loss adjuster to aid and establish clear and stress free communication, to overcome any insurance peril, whether the damage is from fire, water flooding or collision.
