All our operatives are fully trained in their respective fields and carry the necessary qualifications to their trades i.e. CSCS Cards, Gas Safe register gas engineers, NICEIC electricians all certified to the 17th edition etc, thus enabling us to provide all testing and completion certificates as required.
SG Refurbishments operate a stringent Health & Safety policy and employ the services of a professional Health & Safety external consultant [Construction Safety South East Ltd] to oversee all works and liaise with our management team regarding ongoing training and other related matters to all of our staff. A copy of our Health & Safety policy handbook is available for inspection should you require a copy.
An extensive library of related documentation is held at our offices for reference and issue as required: COSSH assessments, risk assessments, method statements and work permits etc.
SG Refurbishments carry a comprehensive insurance policy with public liability of no less than 5 million pounds, a copy of which can also be provided if required.
